No Veteran Left Behind

Our inspiration behind this project is that nothing is more damaging to a person’s Health and Welfare than being Unsheltered (Homeless) with no access to care. To escape, and for other reasons, Military Veterans are taking their own lives at the rate of 17 deaths per day due to suicide. A VETERANS’ PLACE has partnered with organizations throughout the nation to help us eliminate homelessness and rescue our Veterans in Cumberland County, which has the highest rate of Veteran Homelessness in the state, as well as the largest Military and Veteran population in the nation.
